A Balanced Breakfast

This recipe rocks. Especially with extra chocolate chips. :)

    If you know me at all you know I'll be making these. Besides just that I'm a very serious bakeaholic pumpkin chocolate chip anything is very high on my list of favorites.

    I see you made them into bars? Would recommend that over cookies? Did you do it to save time?

  2. I miss the days of being able to eat whatever I want whenever I want. One of my favorite breakfasts used to banana bread from the day before. Lunch too. Now my body wants more boring proteins.

  4. I made both cookies and bars-- the cookies were better, which explains why I only had bars left by the time I took the picture. :D

  5. I just had some delish pumpkin chocolate chip bread today. I'm thinking about testing out a pumpkin waffle recipe for Halloween breakfast since it's a Sunday. Those bars look tasty!
