Let the Season Begin!!

Happy December 1st! To kick off the holiday season, I offer you this: the eagerly anticipated 4th annual Foster Family Christmas Video!

Once again, in lieu of Christmas cards, we spent Thanksgiving weekend creating a family video 'greeting' instead. It's become one of our favorite traditions. In fact, I'm not sure it would feel like Christmas if we didn't spend at least one day vacuuming fake snow out of the rug! Check in next week for some behind-the-scenes photos. ;)

Merry Christmas!

  1. Sigh. Swoon. Sigh again.

It really does make the season more jolly when I watch your family's video! 2011 didn't disappoint! Fave moments:

You planting a seriously nice smooch on Mr. Foster.

The peace sign falling = reality of peace in my home.

    Red lipstick + glitter shoes.

Pretty much everything Little Miss C does.

  11. I agree with Apis and Dragonfly and add, you get two thumbs up from me.

Your Christmas video card is the perfect way to start the month of December. I'm visiting with my youngest son who just became the father of 4 girls, the 3 older girls watched this years Christmas video and then wanted to watch all of your previous videos.

I could never pull off red lipstick but you my dear CAN!

  17. I think this might be my favorite one yet.

Cotton balls suspended on fishing line? Brilliant! And I'll probably steal that idea. Just a heads up.

LOVE when you and J bust out the dance moves...love your make up, love the glitter, the snow, everything.

    Another home run. Uh-mazing!

  23. Once again my husband and I watched this together because we knew it would be good and we were right. He said, "Wow, they're growing up." so seriously as if we know your children. But it's true, and that's one reason why these videos are so fun. And soooooo creative! 800 cotton balls!!!

I echo Apis's sentiments as far as favorite things go. Loved it all. Well done.

  24. LOVED IT!! Of course! I can't believe how big Little Miss C is getting! You girls looked so cute singing back up. I just love all the touches. And, as always the little hints of surprise or worried reactions from the kids are my favorite parts.

Aaron's favorite part was when the older kids were rubbing the tinsel into the baby's hair. So funny! :)
