Garden

J and I repaired the leaking drip system yesterday and planted our fall garden. There's something so satisfying about freshly turned earth and neat rows of labels.
The chickens went crazy finding worms while we were mixing mulch and fertilizer into the dirt. And as always, the kids helped plant. Which means we may have ten seeds in one hole, and then none in the next. We'll have to wait until they sprout to find out.

Ahh, the benefit of living in warm-wintered AZ. The only thing we get for a fall garden is fifty thousand falling leaves. Enjoy it!
