Easter Wheatgrass

Easter is sneaking up on me this year. Normally, I'm full of projects come spring-time. Gardening, decorating, and spending lots of time outdoors. Not this year. I'm barely surviving. However, growing wheatgrass seems to be a simple enough project, and I have all the materials on hand. It may not be ready come Easter morn, but I think it's cheery work nonetheless.
