I've been thinking about Liam's baby blessing coming up. I want to have a summer luncheon beforehand, and want it to feel breezy and elegant without being formal, so it will be half outdoors. Is it silly to plan a menu based on what works best for my favorite serveware? I think not. Mini cupcakes it is! In coconut and lemon.
