For the last few months, the kids have watched as J and I go about our morning workouts. They've gotten a bit jealous, so on Friday they dragged out the towels, found the appropriate video on our Apple TV, and did a bit of yoga. They were so cute, I had to snap a few pictures. :) Unfortunately, I had The Sun Dance stuck in my head for the rest of the day.

Sun Dance
