See that gleeful little face? That face is the reason for my recent radio silence. Or rather, that same face looking not-so-gleeful at 3AM is the reason for my radio silence. :) Yes, we're back to sleep training now that Baby R is on a larger dose of reflux medication. I'm crossing my fingers that it works this time, though it means I'm even MORE sleep deprived than usual for the time being. {I know! Hard to imagine, right?}

As loud and discontent as he is at night, he more than makes up for it during daylight hours. We call this his happy dance. He sways back and forth-- sometimes unconsciously, but quite vigorously when he's particularly excited. {If he does it while he's sitting, he has to be careful not to tip himself over!}

And he's trying ever-so-hard to learn to crawl. That little stinker. Despite my attempts to keep him my little guy forever, he insists on growing at an alarming rate. He's 90th percentile for both height and weight- a record in our house. {You'd think that at nearly 20 pounds, he'd sleep longer than 3 hours at a time...}

So there you have it. A glimpse of my morning. L is sick today, so he's spending some quality time with his friend Dora the Explorer. My only goal? To finish the dishes and take a shower. Dreamin' big.
