Ripped Off

I can't believe I have to type this, but I believe I have, in fact, been ripped off by Green Monster USA. See yesterday's updated post here. The minute I saw this online article and this Revoked status from the BBB, all blood drained from my head. I still can't feel my hands. I can't sleep or eat. I feel like such an idiot. PLEASE DON"T MAKE THE SAME STUPID MISTAKE I MADE!

I'm so sorry to hear that. It makes me sick just thinking about being in your position. I allowed myself to be scammed a couple years ago, not for as much money, but I remember feeling shamed and stupid. Don't worry, they're con artists because they're GOOD. Remember that. Hopefully you can get this worked out. I'll be thinking about you. Good luck!

Oh no. Oh no, no, no. I am so sorry. Like Teresa, I hope you can make something good come of this. You sound determined. Stay determined! I am so upset for you. I hope your sickness with the situation turns quickly to energy and optimism to somehow make this okay (or at least more okay). I'm sorry! And good luck.

Brad Weech is a good contract and dispute lawyer. He is my brother in law. He works for Jackson and White in Mesa. Don't know if this is the kind of lawyer you need, but I've seen him in action and I wouldn't want to be on the other side when he's the lawyer.

Oh Sweetie. I am SO sorry. How completely sucky and dishonest of them. I can't even imagine how you're feeling and what you're going through...

Listen, in one way or another we've all been "ripped off" before--whether it was a company claiming to save you money, or a person claiming to be something they're not. And we beat ourselves up over it thinking that we should have known better and why didn't we see all the red flags, etc. BUT it's not because you're a dumb person who should have known better, it's because you're an honest person who took someone at their word. They are the ones who did the bad thing, not you. Unfortunately you are the one with the yucky, sick, feeling because of what they did. Again, I'm just really, really sorry and I hope you can get some resolve on this.

You almost always have 3 days to change your mind on purchases like that. Can you contact the company about it? I believe it's called "right of recision" (or something like that).

And believe me, I know how you feel. I've been duped a few times too :(

So sorry this has happened to you. And so mad at this dishonest company who knowingly makes claims they have no intention of keeping. I'm praying for a resolution that can bring you peace of mind.
