- Run a Marathon {check!}
- Wear color {check! Yellow and red were favorites.}
- Entertain- host an Oscar Party, Dinner Party and Halloween Party {um, dismal failure. Does attending more parties count?}
- Fill the walls with art {check! Love my city-art wall.}
- Stay out of debt and contribute more to savings {check, though partway thru the year J lost his job and our savings is now quite depleted. But we're still out of debt.}
- Romance! Get a babysitter and go out on a date monthly {check! Many thanks to my VT for all the babysitting exchanges.}
- Fold laundry immediately after washing it {I can't check this off, though I am much improved. But while I've been sick, my bedroom floor has accumulated a thick layer of 'clean' clothes waiting to be folded...}
- Attend the Temple {could still stand some improvement}
- Whisper {will I ever truly check this off?}
- Set up separate boy/girl bedrooms by August {check!}
- Remember this {constant struggle, but doing better.}
Not too shabby, if I do say so myself. I'll be sure to post my new list when it's finished. Anyone else making New Year's Resolutions? Or are you amongst the camp staunchly against such things? {my mom believes goals are to be made year-round, not in a single pressure-filled month} Whatever your preference, I wish you a happy 2010!

What a lovely photo. I'm firmly in the not-making-resolutions-at-New-Year's camp. But I like the idea of "intentions" which I blogged about the other day.
Congratulations on your achievements this year, though! And I think we are all works in progress so for the ones which are continuing struggles, I think we all deserve a pat on the back for trying.
Happy New Year! (glad you're feeling better...)
I think you were more of a distance runner than a baby stepper this past year!
Yes! I'm totally with your mom...I make goals when the need/desire arises and it's usually not Jan. 1st. Although I'm not opposed either.
But right now...really not feeling it.
I think we all deserve a pat on the back for trying.
Work from home India
I don't feel like making goals. I usually don't.
Glad you liked my unmade bed photo... could you please give me credit for it? Thx.
