January in the desert feels like far too many shades of sand, tan, and beige. I need a bit of color. So I painted the front door. It went from this {photo from October, obviously}:
And all it took was less than a quart of Martha Stewart paint in Artisan Well and an hour of effort while the baby napped. Sweet.

Such a quick, easy change for so much impact! It looks fresh - ready for spring, which you will obviously be enjoying long before I will! :)
Beautiful! I've been seriously contemplating painting our door a turquoise/light blue as well. Soon as the kitchen is finished...
Love the color and especially LOOOVE the wreath!
Fresh, sweet, spring color. And I can't see any brush stokes at all! Nice job!
wow that's beautiful!! i want to make a wreath that's not just for xmas but seasonal :)
I love a colorful front door. The red door on our rental was the first thing we noticed and still something I love about the house. :)
